Day 1: Arrive Delhi 

After clearing immigration and customs, our representative will meet you at the receiving area and escort you to your hotel.  Arrive at the hotel and check-in.

Day 2: Delhi

After breakfast, experience the combined charm of Old and New Delhi.

The day begins with the sightseeing of Old Delhi and a visit to the Raj Ghat. Drive past the Red Fort on your way to the Jama Masjid, India’s largest mosque.  A Tour through the bazaars of Chandni Chowk is followed by a drive past the historical India Gate, the Rashtrapati Bhawan and the Parliament House. The day is concluded with a visit to the capital’s most striking monument; the 70 meter high Qutab Minar.

Day 3: Delhi / Agra (Approx. 125 miles / 200 kms / 4 hrs)

Depart for Agra after breakfast.

Arrive Agra and visit the Agra Fort. The Fort over the years has acquired all the elegance, lavishness and majesty of an imperial palace.

Suggested visit:  Mohabbat The Taj show, the world of romance and eternal love personified in the epic love story of the Emperor Shah Jahan and his beloved Mumtaz Mahal is woven into this mesmerizing Dance-Drama.

Day 4: Agra / Jaipur (Approx. 163 miles / 205 Kms / 5 hrs.)

Early in the morning behold the glorious sight of the sun casting its mellow rays on the Taj Mahal. Sunrise is the best hour to experience the Taj Mahal as the light reflects off the marble to give it a magnificent hue. (Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays). Breakfast at the hotel and check out.

Depart for Jaipur en-route visit the Abhaneri step wells (also known as Chand Baori). This architecturally impressive structure is over 1000 years old. BBC Travel has called it one of the 7 Unknown Architectural Wonders in the World.

On arrival at Jaipur, check-in to the hotel.

Day 5: Jaipur

After breakfast, embark on a half-day excursion trip which will lead you to Amber Fort. En route make a photo stop at the palace of winds, the Hawa Mahal. A visit to the City Palace in the afternoon which now houses the Royal residence and museums with a fine collection of textiles and costumes, armory, manuscripts, paintings followed by a stopover at Jantar Mantar would wrap up the day.

Suggested lunch at Anokhi – famous for its block printing clothing and home goods.(direct payment)

Sound and Light show at the Amber Fort is worth an experience.

Day 6: Jaipur / Mandawa (Approx. 114 miles / 182 kms / 5 hrs).

Set out for Mandawa after breakfast and check-in to your hotel on arrival. The fort town of Mandawa lies in the heart of the Shekhawati region of Rajasthan. This small town is an attraction for its beautifully made forts and palaces, known as ‘havelis’. Post lunch with your guide you will see haveli’s made by rich merchants in the past with lots of paintings made with natural colors, murals’ and even called of mecca of art & architecture.

Day 7: Mandawa / Bikaner (Approx. 103 miles / 164 kms / 5 hour drive)

After breakfast drive to Bikaner and check-in to your hotel. Visit the Junagarh Fort which lies to the northeast of the old walled city of Bikaner. This historical monument was built by Raja Rai Singh, a general in Akbar’s army, in 1593. Post sightseeing return back to the hotel and relax.

Day 8: Bikaner / Jaisalmer (Approx. 205 miles / 333 kms / 6 hour 30 min)

Proceed to Jaisalmer after breakfast and check-in to your hotel. Walk along the lively and colorful markets of Jaisalmer in the evening.  Later, proceed to Jaisalmer, arrive and check into the hotel.

Day 9: Jaisalmer

After breakfast, set out to discover the beauty of the Jaisalmer Fort overlooking the city. This ancient monument, built in 1156 engulfs not only the Jain Temple complex within it but is also famous for its stunning Havelis such as the Patwa Haveli, the Salim Haveli and the Nathmal Haveli.

A drive to the Royal Cenotaphs in the evening will reveal to you the beautifully carved ceilings and equestrian statues of the former rulers.

Day 10: Jaisalmer / Jamba (Approx. 128 miles / 205kms / 4hrs)

Soon after breakfast drive to Dera Dune Retreat at Jamba.  One of World’s first retreat on top of a sand dune, this is a perfect place to get away from the big cities and enjoy the solitude of the desert life.

Watch the evening come alive with the traditional Rajasthani musicians and dancers from nearby villages. (This activity requires minimum 10 pax in resort)

Day 11: Jamba

An exciting jeep safari after breakfast will lead you to the surrounding villages. Catch a glimpse of the Demoiselle Crane, the Chinkaras, and the Antelopes among other wild animals. No visit to the desert can be complete without the mandatory camel ride so be adventurous and make sure you give it a try. Interaction with the Bishnoi tribe that inhabits this region will expose you to the simplicity of the life of these people.

Later visit the temple of ‘Jambaji,’ dedicated to Jambeshwar – the 15-century guru & founder of this tribe who laid down 29 (bis-nou) tenets that are followed by the tribe.

Overnight at Dera Dune Retreat (B, L, D)

Day 12:  Jamba / Jodhpur (Approx. 100 miles / 160 kms / 3 hour drive)

Leave for Jodhpur after breakfast. Pay an unforgettable visit to the imposing Meherangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada, the graceful marble cenotaph. The evening is spent exploring the lively local markets of the city with a visit to the clock tower to end the evening.

Day 13: Fly Jodhpur to Delhi (Flight AI-472 / ETD: 14:10 / ETA: 15:10) Departure

Depart for the Jodhpur airport to board your flight to Delhi.

Our representative will escort you from the Delhi airport to your hotel for wash and change.

Later you will be transferred to the international airport to board your outgoing flight.
